These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and guests who access or use our ice fishing tour services.
FrostlineFishing.com provides guided ice fishing tours designed for beginners and recreational anglers. Our services include:
This website is informational in nature. All bookings and payments are arranged directly through our team via phone or email.
3.1 Tour bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a confirmed payment arrangement with our team.
3.2 Prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your booking inquiry is the final price.
3.3 A deposit of 30% may be required for group bookings of 6 or more participants.
3.4 Full payment is due no later than 48 hours before the tour start time unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.1 Guest cancellations: Cancellations made 72+ hours before the tour receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24–72 hours before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
4.2 One free reschedule: Each booking is entitled to one free reschedule, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
4.3 Weather cancellations: If we cancel a tour due to unsafe weather or ice conditions, guests receive a full refund or free reschedule at their choice. This policy applies regardless of forecast conditions — safety is always our priority.
5.1 All participants must complete a safety briefing before stepping onto the ice. Refusal to participate in the safety briefing will result in exclusion from the tour without refund.
5.2 Participants must follow all instructions given by FrostlineFishing guides at all times. Guides have the authority to remove any participant who behaves in a manner that endangers themselves or others.
5.3 Participants with significant health conditions, physical limitations, or disabilities should inform us at the time of booking so we can make appropriate accommodations.
5.4 Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the ice fishing tour.
5.5 Consumption of alcohol before or during tours is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
6.1 All ice fishing equipment provided by FrostlineFishing remains the property of FrostlineFishing.com. Participants are responsible for any damage caused to equipment through negligent or intentional misuse.
6.2 FrostlineFishing.com is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during tours. We recommend leaving valuables at home or in a locked vehicle.
7.1 Ice fishing involves inherent outdoor and winter activities risks. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety, FrostlineFishing.com, its guides, and employees cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or incidents arising from participation in our tours where reasonable safety protocols were followed.
7.2 Participants join our ice fishing tours at their own risk, acknowledging the inherent risks of outdoor winter activities.
7.3 FrostlineFishing.com carries comprehensive liability insurance covering our guided activities.
8.1 Participants consent to being photographed or filmed during tours for use in FrostlineFishing.com's marketing materials, website, and social media, unless they explicitly opt out at the start of the tour.
8.2 To opt out of photography, please inform your guide at the beginning of the tour.
9.1 All participants must follow Leave No Trace principles during ice fishing tours. No littering, no disturbance of wildlife, and no damage to the natural environment.
9.2 Catch-and-release is strongly encouraged. When guests choose to keep fish, it must comply with local fishing regulations.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
